Solidarisation

Four women in their traditional dress – a Japanese woman, an African woman, a South American woman, a Swiss woman – stand in for the women of this world. Much potential strength lies fallow as long as women don't have the same rights as men; there would be no men without the care of women.

I had this pictorial statement many years ago already: the four women each nurse a male infant from another continent, looking positively towards the future. Will women stand in solidarity?
