My video ENDLESS is a short film from the group exhibition at the Petershof in Basel, where, in the room with the chandelier, I was able to show images and objects from my long-term project ENDLESS – begun in the year 2000 with original painting on transparent plastic, later continued on the computer with hundreds of digital images. ACQUA LUCE – maTabu at Rheinfelden combines, as AVE ACQUA did before it, my digital painting with moving images from the small riverside town of Rheinfelden, where the river's reflections create a special mood.

My video AVE ACQUA unites digital painting with digitally animated images from Venice, entirely without sound. The bathtub “ma grande baignoire” from my garden sits in it like a foreign body, and yet a reference to water – Botticelli's Venus and my “Venice” are sea goddesses who keep reappearing in the prism of the waves. It is an homage to water and waves, which fascinate me again and again – and a central theme too in my Endless long-term project “…and it is love after all!” (ALL-Molecule).
